Advanced Travel Agent Management & Multi-Agent Commission Splits
Managing complex partner relationships requires both precision and flexibility. You can now assign multiple travel agents to a single reservation and define unique commission splits for every partner involved. This update removes the need for manual workarounds by allowing your team to track collaborative bookings and automate agent communications directly within the reservation view. These enhancements provide the transparency needed to maintain stronger travel agent relationships while ensuring absolute financial accuracy for your business.
Key Capabilities
Support for Multiple Travel Agents
Accurately represent bookings where more than one agent is involved. You can now add as many travel agents as needed to a single reservation to reflect real-world referral and collaboration scenarios.
Precision Commission Splits
Maintain total control over your margins. Apply default commission profiles or manually override percentages for specific bookings when agreements vary by reservation.
Targeted Contact Selection
Associate specific individuals from a travel agent company with a booking. This ensures that documents and communications reach the correct agent rather than a general company inbox.
Automated Agent Workflows
Utilize new merge fields and recipient options in Triggers and Automations. You can now automatically send tailored notifications and estimated commission details to travel agents and their specific contacts.
