Odus “Boogie” Wittenburg

Chief Executive Officer
Boogie is an experienced leader in technology and innovation. With a strong background in mission critical software and customer experience, from his previous roles at companies like ARCOS, Bold Commerce, Q2 and Rackspace. Boogie will focus on advancing our overall operations, technology strategy, and customer service, while working to drive profitable growth.

He is passionate about developing talented teams and fostering a culture where it is always safe to ask questions. He leads from the belief “Don’t ask anyone to do anything you wouldn’t be willing to do yourself”, and feels every person in a company plays an important role. Boogie earned a B.S. in economics from Texas A&M University.

Priya Arora

Chief Financial & Operating Officer
Priya is a seasoned operator with more than two decades of leadership experience across strategic finance, GTM strategy, and operations in both private equity-backed and public company environments. Prior to joining TravelNet, she served as CFO and COO at Fulcrum Collaborations, a SaaS company specializing in mission-critical facility management, where she led both Finance and Customer Success. Before that, she was CFO of Source Intelligence, an enterprise-grade SaaS platform that automates and simplifies supply chain compliance. She also led the Corporate and Strategic Finance team at Relativity, a leading e-discovery software company, playing a key role in its transition from founder-led operations to institutional investment by Silver Lake Partners.

Priya began her career at McKinsey & Company and spent over a decade on Wall Street, advising on more than $30 billion in M&A, private equity, and leveraged finance transactions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Economics from Macalester College.

Russ Tilton is TravelNet’s Chief of Staff. He’s a Business Operations and Intelligence leader with over 15 years of experience in reporting and analytics, business process design, and CRM systems. His experience includes Bazaarvoice, 3M, and most recently 8 years with Storable, a high-growth technology company with product lines ranging across SaaS, Marketplace, Payments, and Services. Russ played a key role in driving the company’s growth through strategic initiatives, in-depth analyses, recruiting and coaching a word-class team, and cross functional coordination. He is focused on aligning goals across TNS and ensuring that our processes and projects are well instrumented and well measured to ultimately drive value for our customers.

Rob brings more than 20 years of experience in hospitality technology and B2B SaaS, with a strong background in product leadership, go-to-market strategy, and customer-centric innovation. He has held senior product roles at Vail Resorts, Kigo (now part of Guesty), and Buildium by RealPage, where he was instrumental in scaling product portfolios, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering results that drove growth and improved user experiences.
