The Evolution of TrackMeet Continues into 2027
In 2027, TrackMeet will shift from a single national event to a series of regional events. The goal is to meet operators in their home region. We envision the new locations will help reduce travel burdens, which is something we heard loud and clear while reviewing feedback from 2026.
The closer proximity will still provide the most popular aspects of the large-scale TrackMeet event that attendees have found especially valuable: 1:1 time with our team, hands-on support/training, and localized operational strategies.
Dates and locations are currently under consideration, and we expect to provide more information by Labor Day 2026. We look forward to seeing everyone regionally in 2027. Watch this space for more details.
TrackMeet Regionals FAQ
The decision is a result of customer feedback that hands-on, 1:1 training and support was the most valuable part of the conference. Essentially, we’re making that aspect of TrackMeet its own smaller event and hosting them in regions where our customers are concentrated. This should reduce travel time and expenses as well.
Locations will be made public once details are finalized. We expect to have a schedule by Labor Day 2026.
We are in the very early stages of planning and will communicate costs to our customers once the event details are finalized.
TrackMeet (formerly NEXT) was always envisioned as a user conference, so that will be the focus of the regional events as well. We will look at ways to bring prospective customers into the mix as appropriate.
Our team will evaluate partner opportunities to determine if vendor presence can actively support the deep-dive learning goals of the events.
