Live Alerts & Notifications
Stay on top of your listings with real-time alerts for Listing Issues, Host Notifications, Listing Disconnects/Reconnects, and Ground Rules Notifications – all visible directly from your dashboard as they occur.
Listing Health & Quality Status Filter
A new condition filter has been added to your inventory drilldown, letting you quickly identify which listings are in Good or Needs Attention statuses. Filter additionally by node, unit, and more to refine your results then click into any listing to see the specific status reasons and any reservation issues contributing to its health score.
Reviews Management Updates: Performance Over Time Tracker
At the top of your Reviews Management dashboard, you’ll now find a performance tracker showing your average review score and percentage of 5-star reviews over time. Use it to spot trends and patterns across long date ranges. And since it sits right above your reviews, you can seamlessly move from the big picture down to the individual guest feedback supplemented by Airbnb review tags that reveal what your team is doing well and where there’s room to grow.
