Owner Portal Update

Our mission is to deliver a stable, high-performance platform that you can stand behind with total confidence. To ensure this, we have established a clear roadmap for the remainder of the year:

Q2 Completion

We are on track to complete the primary development of the new Owner Portal by the end of June.

Q3 & Q4 Refinement

Following the initial rollout, we will enter a dedicated period of steady refinement. During this time, our engineering team will focus exclusively on resolving bugs and optimizing performance.

Stability First

We will not introduce new enhancements or feature changes during this refinement phase. This “stability-first” approach ensures a consistent experience for your team and your owners as you transition ahead of the legacy portal retirement on December 31, 2026.

We want you to feel empowered to onboard your owners without the distraction of frequent updates or unexpected interface changes.

Pro-Tip for Onboarding: As you move your owners to the new portal, please reach out to your CSM or Support Team. They will help you update your Owner Statement notifications to reflect your new Owner Portal web address, ensuring a seamless experience from the very first login.
