Reporting (Agent Productivity)
Fixed inconsistencies in conversation time and call totals so Productivity reports now align and add up correctly, giving supervisors more reliable performance insights.
Call Handling (Anonymous Calls)
Anonymous or blocked calls are no longer incorrectly matched to existing guests or leads, keeping call logs and contact records accurate.
Lead Management (Travel Dates)
You can now clear arrival and departure dates on an existing lead when plans are uncertain without losing the record, making it easier to keep communication history intact.
Text Conversations (Read Status Control)
Added a new setting in CRM Setup > Text Messaging > Preferences to control whether automated/system messages mark conversations as “read,” helping teams avoid missing new guest messages.

Updates to exception statuses now save correctly, eliminating the need to re-enter settings.
