Front desk teams work fast. A handful of updates keep Guest Communications, the Tape Chart, and reservations moving at the same pace.
More guest attachments open in the thread. Excel, text, and video files (XLS, XLSX, TXT, MP4, MOV, AVI) that guests email now open or download right in the conversation, each with a matching file icon.
Optimized co-host and Airbnb Support messages. Messages from co-hosts and Airbnb Support no longer mark a finished conversation unread, so your team’s attention goes to guests waiting on a reply. The New Messages alert counts only new guest messages.
A Tape Chart that stays put. Swiping on a trackpad no longer takes you back a page, and you can scroll while dates load. With the ≤ occupancy filter, smaller units show prices too.
Quotes and arrival details. Booking from a saved quote shows the deposit due, and the back arrow returns you to the Tape Chart. The guest portal greets guests by name. Deactivating an access control account stops door codes cleanly, and the unit and reservation show the status.
