Channel Strategy That Keeps Pace With the Market
Channels change their rules often. Track keeps your listings, reservations, and fees in step so your team doesn’t have to chase each change.
Airbnb masked phone numbers. New Airbnb reservations listings may arrive with a temporary guest phone number in the new Masked Phone field, and your guests’ real numbers stay safe on their profiles. To let on-site staff call or text guests, add their numbers under Approved Phone Numbers in your Airbnb channel settings.
Airbnb updates keep flowing. Airbnb has retired the Super Strict 30 and 60 cancellation policies for most listings. Track now sends Airbnb Firm when Airbnb declines a Super Strict policy and saves it on the unit, so description, room, and photo updates keep reaching your listing. Accessibility amenities on photos, like shower grab rails, now sync to Airbnb too.
Booking.com stays current. Reservations that arrive without a guest phone number now import, and so do those from Expedia, SynXis, and TravelClick. Properties with a Conservation Fee sync fees and taxes using the fee type Booking.com accepts today, and large photo updates are paced to Booking.com’s limits.
Notifications and setup. Airbnb notifications keep syncing in the Channels view and the Airbnb Host Notifications report. Choosing Inntopia when you add a channel opens the Inntopia setup page.
Pairs with Unified Promotions. Build a discount once and run it across Booking.com, Marriott, Airbnb, and VRBO. That includes a 15% Top-Rated Guest discount on Airbnb for travelers with a 4.8+ overall rating and at least 3 reviews.
