Owner Portal Updates Track Product Updates
Monthly reservation totals now reflect revenue earned within the selected period
Owners will see more accurate monthly totals for reservations that span across multiple months.
What’s new:
- Accurate revenue allocation: Reservation revenue is now prorated by stay date, so each month only includes the income earned during that time.
- Improved clarity: Added a tooltip to explain why totals may differ from individual reservation amounts.
Owner reservations can now be edited or canceled regardless of source when owner booking is allowed
Property Managers can now manage owner reservations more consistently in Owner Portal when owner booking is allowed. Here’s what’s new:
Fewer reservation source limits
Owner reservations can now be edited or canceled regardless of reservation source.
More consistent owner workflow
Reservation management in Owner Portal now better matches the availability of the controls shown to users.
Show Reservation Types can now be enabled or disabled in the Owner Portal
Property Managers can now control how much reservation detail is visible to owners. Here's what's new:
More control over visibility
Choose whether owners see specific booking sources (e.g., website, Airbnb, VRBO) or a simplified view.
Simplified owner view option
When disabled, owners will see reservations grouped as guest vs. owner for a cleaner, easier-to-understand experience.
Owner reservation notes are now visible in the Owner Portal.
When owners create or edit a reservation, any notes they submit are saved as Special Requests and can be viewed directly within the portal. Here’s what’s changed:
Owner-submitted notes are now displayed on the reservation
Notes are saved as Special Requests within Track
Triggers and automations can be used to notify your team when a note is submitted
Important Note
Because notes are stored as Special Requests, any Special Requests entered by your team within Track on the owner’s reservation will also be visible to the owner.
When it feels right for your team, we’re here to support you with the transition. If you’d like, we can help disable Owner Portal v1 and update the Owner Portal link included in Owner Statement notifications to point to the new Owner Portal v2.
