Quote and Book Without Leaving the Lead
Your agents can now price, save, send, and book TrackPMS quotes right from the Quote tab on a TrackPulse lead, with no trip to the tape chart in the middle of a call.
Quote from the lead. Agents search units and rates and save a quote from the Quote tab. Quotes stay with the lead and the guest they were created for.
Send it and book it. Agents can send the quote to the guest, then book it as soon as the guest commits. Booking opens the Close Won window with the reservation already filled in, so the lead is ready to mark won.
Guests matched for you. With Contact Synchronization set to Create or Update, Pulse matches the guest to a TrackPMS contact or creates one, so agents aren’t stopped mid-call.
