Property Managers can now create automated notifications when an owner or contact adds or removes a bank account, helping protect against unauthorized changes and keeping your team informed in real time.
What's New
Bank Account Triggers
Two new trigger events — Bank Account Added and Bank Account Removed — are now available under the Contact and Company objects in Triggers & Automations, supporting both email and SMS actions.
Fully Customizable Messaging
Use your own branding and language to craft the notification. For example: “Your bank account for [company name] has successfully been updated with Sunshine Rentals. If this was not you or knowingly done on your behalf, reach out to one of our owner services members right away at [phone_number].”
New Automation Object — Company
Triggers & Automations now supports Company as an object in addition to Contact, opening up new ways to automate notices around changes in contact info, tax info, or payment method.
